Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
Plant management tasks:
o Check KPIs update for plant manager and noticeboards, saving of monthly KPIs
o Update paper reports for Plant manager's file record
o Update outlook calendar according to Plant manager's SWI and according to daily needs
o Daily accountability board update
o Update Daily Management Review meeting Minute in sharepoint and Picture of KPIs
o Indirect Expenses activities according to current Indirect Expenses approval process and PRs approval
General tasks:
o Backoffice activities: answering phone calls, giving required information to employees, act as facilitator in meetings organization
o Keeping cash book updated with periodical registrations and relative documentation - cash reintegration at company bank
o Keeping cheques book updated and management of payments through cheques
o Payment orders for bank transfers needs
o Organizing business travels for employees - organizing agendas, accommodation and catering requirement for visitors
o Concur travel related activities and assistance to employees
o 5 S + 1 Audit as Offices and Canteen Zone Leader
o Checking periodical medical examinations/visits for all employees
Collaboration with other depts.:
o Sending medical certificates for illness to payroll office
o Checking shifts to organize trainings
o Hand planned overtime work to local union members
o Update of wage sheet signature papers
Skills:
o Communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork skills
o Good English language skills in spoken and written
o Good PC skills
