For our Global Legal&HR Department we are looking for a:

HR Specialist – Employer Branding & Talent acquisition - Maternity Leave

who will guarantee a global efficient and effective recruiting and selection process as well as the Company Employer Branding (EB), consistently with the Group values, culture, strategy and targets.

Main responsibilities:
- analysis and proposal related to the EB strategy, assuring the implementation of the activities approved and promoting the Company as best employer;
- management of the global recruiting and selection process, according with the Company procedures and people strategy with particular regard to the talent acquisition;
- permanent scouting of external partners both in terms of recruiting and selection and EB;
- accurate and specific reporting related with the processes managed.

Main requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics or Humanistic Studies
- At least 3-4 year experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, preferable in structured companies;
- Good level of English;
- Excellent knowledge of MSOffice;
- Sap Success Factor knowledge is a plus.
