Requirements:
? Background studies in Economics or Psychology and a specialization in Human Resources.
? At least a 4-year experience as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner in international companies, dealing complexity, dynamic environments and partnering with business to empower people in Sales and Marketing
Alternatively
? We are open to evaluate candidates with strong experience in Consulting firms, both focused on Organizational and/or People development targets.
? Ability to listen, analyze, propose solutions and support their execution, acting as referent for Managers and Teams.
? Fluency in English
? Excellent knowledge of MSOffice and Economics.
? Preferably a confidence with SAP-Success factors and TII Success Insight Diagnostics.
Tasks:
With a focus on the Sales & Marketing job family and acting as business partner, you will:
• Manage the Talent acquisition processes, empowering employer branding and ensuring a consistent experience for both candidates and Managers.
• Define the onboarding experience and perform induction plans.
• Contribute to the talent development, executing the programs oriented to foster the team's continual learning, development plans as well as the leadership development, partnering with the business (preferably Sales & Marketing) on talent management cycle.
• Map the training needs, planning of the annual training and developing the learning interventions, taking care of the execution and follow up.
• Support the performance management process and talent review.
• Work for improving the organizational effectiveness, changes management and Commercial Culture of excellence and related initiatives.
• Lead the revision of organizational roles and its implementation.
• Contribute to the development of the TMOD team.
